Word of mouth is one of the best ways to spread the love. For all client referrals, you can earn points that can be accumulated to be used towards complimentary services.


$HIT HAPPENS

We totally get it.

As hairstylists and service industry professionals, we’ve heard it all. So, we kindly ask that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance.

Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals that can no longer be accommodated will also be charged this fee.

No shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment.

A credit card will be required at the time of booking.


HAIRCARE

Good haircare is an investment and we want everyone to be happy with their purchases. If you are unhappy with any products you’ve purchased, they can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

No refunds on services or products.


YOUR LITTLE ONES

Let’s face it, a salon is a dangerous place for kids. We work with very sharp scissors, extremely hot irons, and not to mention, different types of chemicals. We care about the safety and well being of your child as much as you do when they are in the salon. Therefore, we kindly ask that any child brought to Salon 10N, must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service. This helps ensure the safety of your child, so you don’t have to. We want all of our guests to be able to kick back and relax.
