We totally get it. As hairstylists and service industry professionals, we’ve heard it all. So we kindly ask that cancellations be made 48 hours in advance. Any appointment cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late arrivals that can no longer be accommodated and no-shows will also be charged this fee. Reason being it’s not easy to fill large blocks of time in less than a day. Plus, we do what we can to protect our stylists livelihood by strictly enforcing these policies. We work on commission, which means we rely on you showing up and receiving the services you booked. We know you get it and appreciate your consideration in advance.
Let’s face it, a salon is a dangerous place for kids. We work with very sharp scissors, extremely hot irons, and not to mention different types of chemicals. We care about the safety and well-being of your child as much as you do when they are in the salon. Therefore, we kindly ask that any child brought to Salon 10N, must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service. This helps ensure the safety of your child, so you don’t have to. We want all our guests to be able to kick back and relax.
